MedSimCenter® creates simulated use environments with the technology, support, and conveniences of a world-class market research center.

4 foot wide doorways allow easy access for medical equipment and props to our research labs

Not just a facility, we are your full service support team

Orchestrating simulated use projects can be complex and stressful.

Let us worry about the details of your engagement. We work with you to define your requirements. When you arrive for your research or training, we will have the furniture, equipment, and props set up and ready. Scrubs, lab coats, gloves, and masks are always available for clients and subjects. We keep a supply of commonly needed items on hand for last-minute adjustments.

Refreshments and snacks are included for your team and your subjects. Meals are catered by a wide variety of excellent local restaurants.

We are conveniently located in North Central New Jersey just 30 minutes west of Newark International Airport and 45 minutes from New York City.

Recruiting professionals and consumers

We have access to thousands of nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals who are within a 60-minute commute of the MedSimCenter. We can provide physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and a wide range of other allied health professionals and consumers for your studies including individuals with specific health issues.

MedSimCenter’s location and easy access to major interstate highways allow us to recruit professionals and consumers from urban, suburban, and rural areas.

We can provide a one-way mirror live view of the action in our main lab. The viewing room also includes two screens to monitor the close-up action from our high-definition cameras.

Observers can also gather in our conference room to view the live-edited high-definition view on an 85″ QLED wall monitor displaying up to 4 video feeds including monitors in real-time by our A/V engineer. The same images and sound are live streamed.

A full range of viewing options

We provide full-fidelity remote observation and video conferencing capabilities in addition to our in-house through the glass and video viewing. Your colleagues, clients and stakeholders can share the experience of first-hand observation of product users and hear for themselves their spontaneous reactions.

We only use professional audio and video equipment. Our videos are tack sharp, full high definition, white balanced, and accompanied by pristine audio. We edit in real-time, multiple camera views for observation, streaming, and recording. We deliver the same audio/video services on the road in Chicago, Paris, or Tokyo that we do in our research studio.

Engaging video summaries transform hours of interviews into minutes of impact and insights

Our high-definition live streaming, recordings, and expertly edited video summaries can disseminate your findings, allowing your audience to draw and have ownership of their own insights from the experience.

We summarize your days of research content into brief and impactful video reports.  You can even select key vignettes or sound bites for your executive presentations.
